Lease Requirements

• The minimum slip rental term is 30 days, and the process to lease includes:
• -The lease application
• -The current vessel registration
• -The vessel liability insurance ($300,000 minimum, naming Harbortown Marina as the additional insured).
• -Leases must be approved by the marina's board of directors prior to occupancy.
• -Lessees must abid by the marinas Rules & Regulations.
